It consists of a main 4-storey building, three 7-storey buildings and a villa complex.

Entering the sea — small pebbles, pier.
Sun beds, towels, umbrellas are free of charge.
Pavilions — for a fee, for Presidential Villa, Royal Beach Villa, Maxx Laguna Duplex (2, 3 bedrooms) — free of charge.
Services in the pavilions: mini-bar, safe; max. 4 + 2 children, from 08:00 – 19:00.
